1 of 4 · Your team
How much is there to learn from the team's customer conversations?
Every documented conversation can provide a basis for feedback. Start by estimating the volume in your team.
10 sales representatives × 8 conversations per month
80
customer conversations to learn from every month
How many of these conversations do you have time to give feedback on today?
Norval can give the sales representative feedback after every documented conversation where there is enough material. You get help seeing which issues need your support.

Start with a pilot
Test the value in your own everyday work.
We decide what you want to test, follow progress and evaluate together after three months.
SEK 39 900 in total
Three months · 3–5 sales representatives · One team
Excluding VAT
- Adaptation, onboarding and training equivalent to half a day
- One sales manager and three active executive users
- Up to two agreed data sources, e.g. CRM, email, calendar.
- Opportunity Mining and agreed reporting.
- AI capacity and joint evaluation
Opportunity Mining means that Norval analyses your historical business data to find patterns, opportunities and signals that could generate business but would otherwise be left lying in CRM and other data sources.
SEK 19 950 is credited against your first annual contract if you decide to continue within 30 days of the end of the pilot. No automatic renewal and no new set-up investment for the same participants and scope.
What does the pilot include in more detail?
Data and analyses
Up to two agreed data sources, for example CRM and meeting notes, or CRM and email/calendar. Participants can also add meetings, notes, documents and deal information themselves.
We analyse deal status, priorities, customer conversations, possible next steps and recurring patterns based on the questions set at the start of the pilot. Which two sources are used and how the information is transferred is decided for each pilot.
Opportunity Mining and reports
Opportunity Mining in the pilot covers up to 100 customer accounts, three years of history and 25 000 relevant data records. All three limits apply at the same time.
The analysis shows possible opportunities that have been missed, forgotten or fallen through the cracks. You also get to see why Norval has highlighted them, and you choose for yourselves which ones to pursue.
Which reporting and follow-up are included is set out in the pilot proposal, based on your business question and the scope we agree on. If you want to use more data sources, larger data volumes, extensive email or document history, or carry out special analyses, this is planned and priced separately.

AI capacity
One shared pool. You control additional purchases.
All users share the organisation's AI credits, including across several teams. Credits are not locked to individuals. Anyone who needs more capacity can use more of the shared pool.
You approve additional purchases. Automatic top-up is an optional add-on with a pre-approved amount and a monthly cap.
What is included and what uses credits?
500 credits per team per month, plus 300 per active sales representative per month. A team with ten sales representatives gets 3 500 credits. Two teams with a total of 18 sales representatives get 6 400.
AI processing such as transcription, analyses and advanced queries uses capacity. Consumption depends on the scope of the task, the amount of information and the number of sources. Information about more resource-intensive processing is shown before or at the time of use.
Can we track usage per user?
Each user should be able to track their own usage and which features have used credits; the sales manager their team, and the administrator the whole organisation. Shared analyses are reported separately. What is in place at your start is covered in the pilot proposal.
Everyone uses the same shared pool. You do not need to allocate or move credits between people.
Can unused capacity be saved?
Unused monthly credits can be carried over to the next month and expire after that. The regular pool can hold at most two months' allocation. Purchased extra credits are kept in a separate, shared pool. They are valid for twelve months from purchase and are used after the monthly credits.
What does extra capacity cost?
1 000 credits cost SEK 2 990 excluding VAT. Purchased credits are valid for twelve months from purchase, are used after the monthly credits and are not affected by subscription renewal.
What happens if the credits run out?
Core functions remain available. Further AI processing is paused until new monthly credits are added or an authorised administrator approves a purchase. No additional purchases are made without your approval or an automatic top-up that you have actively chosen.
How do larger historical analyses work?
Analyses beyond the agreed scope receive a separate estimate that you approve before the start. The pilot's Opportunity Mining and its scope are described above.
Common questions before the start
When do we need more team licences?
Each team covers a maximum of 12 active sales representatives and one sales manager account. A separate manager, separate targets or a dedicated team view may also mean a separate team. The executive team can have authorised oversight across several teams. Twelve is the licence ceiling, not a recommendation for optimal team size.
What do adaptation and integrations cost?
A standard start for one team costs SEK 12 500 for 3–5 sales representatives, SEK 19 500 for 6–10 and SEK 29 500 for 11–12. For several teams, you get a combined start proposal.
Norval can be connected to CRM via API and to, for example, Outlook email and calendar. We agree on data sources, technical requirements and scope before the start. Terms for on-site delivery are set out in the proposal.
How do additional users and licence changes work?
Sales representatives, teams and additional manager or executive accounts can be added at any time. Additions are charged pro rata from the activation date for the rest of the month. The price of additional manager and executive accounts is set out in the contract.
Reductions are handled according to the contract. The contract term is twelve months against an agreed minimum level, and reductions with 30 days' notice apply to the additional licences agreed as flexible. Licences already invoiced are not refunded. When an account is closed, the user's access is removed; history is handled according to the contract.
Do we pay for both the pilot and the set-up investment?
No. The agreed onboarding is included in the pilot price. If you continue with the same participants and scope, there is no new set-up investment. Extensions are priced in advance.
