Norval Intelligence

We are building Norval for what happens between the meeting, the CRM entry and the next business decision.

The aim is not to show more data. The aim is to help people understand what matters and act at the right moment.

Why Norval exists

Important commercial knowledge gets lost between meetings, notes, inboxes, systems and people's memories. The sales manager cannot follow everything. The sales representative often gets too little support at the right moment. Norval exists to make the overall commercial reality understandable and usable.

AI-GENERATED PORTRAYAL

Why are we called Norval?

An old idea. New technology.

More than a century ago, Norval A. Hawkins helped make selling a discipline that could be understood, practised and improved.

In 1920, he published The Selling Process, at a time when industrialisation was transforming business and sales.

Our name is no coincidence. We did not choose Norval to look back, but to carry with us an idea that is still relevant. Then, change was about industry, processes and dealer networks. Today, it is about people, data and AI.

Norval Intelligence builds on the same principle: better understanding of what happens in business helps people make better decisions and act where they are needed.

Norval A. Hawkins, The Selling Process (1920), and historical material from The Henry Ford.

How we build

Advanced logic should sit behind a simple user experience. AI should strengthen human judgement, not replace it.

Team

Behind Norval is experience in sales, sales leadership, research, behaviour, digital product development and practical AI.
